They are charging huge interest 24-36% annually
First make a cc and once cibil score generated apply for personal loan in bank/cred etc with 10-13% annual interest rate.
Within 4 years you will clear all debt with just Rs 8427 per month if we consider 12% interest rate for 3.2L in PL
1.take advise from all hospital u can across india
2. apply for partial disabliity certificate ,incase your compay fire u this will come handy
3. dont loose hope . also look for investement option
4. 3.2 Lakh is not bigger then your life .. remember

OP looks really in trouble. Can we dimers make a collective effort to help him financially?. If someone lives close to where he lives and if possible can visit his place to get the idea of the situation, then we can pool in together to help him in some way.

Approach more and more people for help ....many wont do it but u just need one of them to sort ur things out ..
Stay strong...i know this is easier said than done ...but sometimes giving up is not an option...and get rid of the loan asap that will keep building on u otherwise its a permanent trap

Other dont take my comment politically, but now India has entered a stage where a family require both husband and wife to work to survive. 1's salary to daily expenses and 2's salary to make some saving. This is 101% true for middle class people with average education. Its not your problem alone. Its completely impossible now to meet expenses in 9000 salary, forget about repaying local Udhar / Loans. If you have any credit card, withdraw and forget and forget Cibil and future loans. Or sell any property to get rid of borrowings.
Its better if some other family member also start working. Or you can take 2nd easy night job as well. I have seen security guards taking double duty to meet expenses.
For eyes, try carrot+ Amla+ chukander juice this winter, it should help, if not some medical illness.
take a lon from relatives/friends and pay off the loan first than pay your relatives/friends slowly otherwise you won't be able to get of of this loan ever ... and tell them about your health issues
