Hello friends....
Routine is monotonous... so its time for some fun again.
I feel proud to introduce you all our very own
'smiley userscripts' that run exclusively on
DesiDime.
The scripts lift off your limitation to smiley usage in posts and offer you a huge variety of smileys that you can use in your post/topics/chats/pm etc. So now you all can be as expressive as you always wanted to be
Those who do not understand what userscripts really are, just consider it to be a kind of code that adds more smileys to your default
DesiDime text box. Its very simple to use and does not require any special skills.
The best part is they are 100% optional.
I owe a huge thanks to
Admin who helped me all the way through in making the code, since I'm not much of a techie to be honest. Without him this would not have been possible.
The scripts have been designed to be used on firefox, but they are equally compatible with other browsers. We have tested them with Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera and Safari on our machines and I will be describing each of them.
So guys here we go....!

Update:
Due to change in Google's security policies, third party extensions/scripts are not installed by default on Google Chrome.
Follow the steps below to add the userscripts manually:

Tools >> Extensions. The extensions page will open in a new tab.
3. Drag and drop the downloaded userscript file onto this open tab.

JavaScript Options button that appears on the right side.
4. A new window will open. Click on 'Choose' button and browse to your folder location created in step 1.
5. Click 'OK' and exit.

Tip: Install one script at a time to avoid duplicating the smileys. The full version contains all the smileys of the lite version.
On Safari
1. You require
Greasekit plugin. First, Download
SIMBL and install the dmg package.
2. Restart Safari if you are using it.
3. Now, Download
Greasekit Plugin. Copy GreaseKit.bundle file to ~/Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins. If you dont have that folder, you can create one.
4. Restart Safari again and you will see Greasekit plugin in the window.
5. Drag and drop the downloaded script (which ever version you prefer) onto the open Safari screen to install it.
Tip: You can install both script and enable/disable them in greasekit itself.
On Internet Explorer
Just to make the list complete, I'm discussing IE even though we have not tested personally.
For Internet Explorer you may try the free softwares namely
Trixie or
ie7Pro. However, chances for working with IE9 are less.
INSTALLATION VIDEO TUTORIAL
Those who are experiencing any sort of difficulty with the installation can view the below video tutorial.
