on 16 march found deal of philips trimmers on desidime.seller was new so i saw comments and ordered cod of 1450 and today i recieved the product which to mu surprise when i unvoxed found to be Nova Trimmer not philips
raised a complaint with snapdeal.

this is the problem snapdeal saying product not even dispatched from theie end and its not their product. help dimers @cody @rajrocks
tweet them with photos = issue should be solved
photos should be of the box + invoice + the product
It’s kind of your fault as well.. Never buy from untrusted sellers.. Such cases happen a number of times on ebay, snapdeal, flipkart and Amazon.

Always buy from fulfilled sellers. This avoids problems at the time of return/refund
I lost something 1k for buying Puma slippers from non fulfilled seller on Amazon.
last week had recd the jack and jones pyjamas immediately filed for return it was picked up next day but had to follow up on twitter for refund
y did u return those? any reason? i have also ordered the same.
problem is that guyz maybe seller leaked the data and used it for his own benefit .no invoice is there in the box.what to do guyz
If SD told it has not been dispatched even then why are you worrying? Wait till the estimated delivery date contact them again. If they say it has still not been dispatched then ask for a refund.

yes i do have the recording and sent them the pics but the thing is snapdeal is mentioned nowhere but order date is also same and cod amount same .seller address is there but no contact number.

but i don’t think so because snapdeal is nowhere mentioned on the box or outside.but the data is leaked from snapdeal as order date is same and cod amount and important thing is item i.e. trimmer.

Tweet to their owners about this issue. With cc to their support handle. Had similar issue with them and had to fight like anything to get refund.

Are bhai, I am also on same boat, ordered that Philips trimmer and on top of it, I paid before hand. Fortunately the order is still not dispatched. Looking at your situation, I hope it should get cancelled.
@trigger but i think you are safe you can atleast say you paid to snapdeal which is not available in my case and have not received anything yet.In my case the seller or snapdeal cheated me by creating a third party delivery of fake product and took the same amount as COD

I rejected the order…even the same seller tried to fraud as I had ordered it COD…This is really a clever technique.

Lol then ask them you dispatch your order now… or refund the amount as according to them … order isn’t dispatched at all… and this is win win situation for you…. either they are going to accept their fault and replace you product or may be send you one more correct product. .. and 3rd one is … they will refund you…
All situations are in your favour… don’t trust them … ask for written mail of whatever they promised you… fight over twitter and Facebook.
