Snapdeal is a froud company

My name is naman sharma. I want to raise a complaint. Snap deal is a froud company. I have search a hair color product on snap deal and product price was 589 rs. So I had not bought this product at that time but next day snap deal executive call me and she told me snap deal providing this product on 50% discount. So I have bought the product on call but they hadn't share product related any detailed and information on WhatsApp or app. Yesterday my family member has received this product and provide 389 rs on cash. After this delivery they have share all product detail on WhatsApp when I have check these detail then product is totally deferent when I have tried many times to refund and return then they told me. This product is not refundable and returnable. Received product is very cheap quality and product price only 385 rs in markit. I want to ask to the snap deal. You had told me product is available on 50% discount but this product price only 385 rs and I have bought this product 389rs so where is the 50% discount and why you have not share product detail before delivery.
