one of the worst airlines seen. they literally took 2 hrs to give our checked-in luggage for a 1hr 30 min flight. No person from spice jet was available. and everyone one was looking at each other's faces. when people started shouting. then bag came on the conveyer belt. i missed my connecting train because of them. never going to use spicejet.
