Today I bought red dead Redemption game for pc @ 1055.my question is how much markup fee I'll be charged used axis ace card to buy the game.

You'll probably be charged for DCC and not Forex Markup fee.

Along with GST of 18%

If you used domestic credit cards novaplay gateway then no mark up fee other wise you'll will be charged 1.18% DCC markup fee

Did you select Visa/Mastercard during checkout? That uses the non-Indian payment gateway. Buy Steam gift cards via Amazon Pay Balance and you'll get some % cashback instead.
