From May 01 , 2024 RBL Signature + Debit card is devalued.. thanks to the extensive advertisement of its benefits over the online forums.. RBL had enough.. I beleive more devaluations are coming to it in the near future...
Main points:
1) International Spends , Wallet Loading and CC payments are excluded from eligible spends for monthly Cash Back and Yearly Milestone benefit
2) Minimum eligible spends of INR 25,000 in a month to get Monthly CB.

There is bank debit card that gives 2% cashback on all transactions (no exclusions) upto 2500 per month.
Not disclosing or else it would also get devalued soon.
