Sudden issues with Realme X7

Till yesterday my phone realme x7 (almost full) was working flawlessly. From morning, mobile internet is not working. Whenever connecting to wifi, phone is getting rebooted.
Deleted many files and cleared memory, but still reboots when connecting to wifi.
Any way to make it work?
Ps haven't updated the system updates yet.

Not yet did hard reset. Trying backup first or any other way to get it corrected.
Steangely the lock password which I am using. Is showing wrong password in system settings as well as in smart lock.

Took logs *#800#. Particularly for wifi. Did 3 times log, rebooted thrice. After 3rd reboot, wifi got connected & started working. Thanks bro it helped a lot.

Update to latest software or just format the phone.

have your tried?( don't forget to take backup)
