Suddenly PhonePe Wallet Balance became 0

I was just making some transaction at a shop and I noticed that suddenly my wallet balance became 0 and it's not showing any transaction from the June 2023.
Is this only me or anyone else also facing this?

Same happened to me with airtel wallet. Kyc renewal was the issue. Check for it.
