as lpg will be costing more n more, i think its better to have High Efficiency LPG Gas Burner Stove as all cant be cooked on induction.

What kind of cooking it will be used for?
I don’t see any ways to optimize this. Makers bring in other aspects like automatic ignition, safety devices, aesthetics to make more models, but the core functioning will remain same.
Some claim a design change in burner may spread the flame in a better way, but it is overated IMO
Go with a simple brass based burner, and if possible optimize the way flame is adjusted, which is again linked to category of dish being prepared.
Finally please don’t stress the household much on this aspect, a general instruction to be cautious on savings/expenses should do.
High thermal efficiency is listed as a feature for even ~2K gas stoves these days. Can’t say if the difference will be significant in comparison w/ premium variants (unless someone has tried gas stoves from different price segments) but if there’s any reliable rust proof burner, opt for it (even if it is costly) 
Got this Prestige variant because its slim and looked nice but within an year, both the burner and rings ended up getting rusted

The best is the over expensive one forced by the gas agency for rs 2500.
That actually is a brass burner others literally have a golden coating to mimic brass. Get the best blue flame from it.
Fancy ones are just eye candy.
Ideally get a semi automatic/ manual ignition (never fails) the battery operated one fails in 3 years.
Please don’t buy Elica one. Its the worst ever burner. We got it because it matched with the interior of kitchen but quality-wise it failed on all accounts.

Keeping the burner heads clean increases fuel efficiency. reducing flame while cooking and using flat bottomed pans/pots also increase fuel efficiency.
The ones sold at your gas agency. Butterfly brand is also good. Check online vs offline after selecting model..
