I wear spectacle and it is really hard to wear a helmet over specs and even after putting off and then putting on specs after wearing a helmet makes it very difficult to put on specs. That too, I feel that my specs are getting bent from one end.

Apart from that, I can't use neckband earphones for navigation in a tight Helmet.
.
Can someone suggest a helmet that tackles two of these issues? Also, have proper Safety certifications.
