Depends on what interests you.. Although if you are ready to invest time you should first learn python and its framework. And after that you can opt for A.I or bigdata..

Common mistake of all freshers/about to release from college/universities.

My view :
1: You should ask yourselves – the same question and you should start doing research on multiple domains accordingly.

2: Dont go with some suggestions from relatives/friends/others – None of them know your plus and minus . So, you might end up with suing the adviser for entire life.

All the sectors in IT job are good – You can choose anyone as per the trending and future in recession period.
Do a simple research from websites like Linkedin, Naukri and Youtube.
Check the trends following by top best universities in India –
For the first two days- you might feel – where to start – how to identify it is good or bad – Future and complexity of the tool/coding language – .. etc will come into the picture. Trust me, after your homework – you will come up with some conclusion and based on your capabilities- you will end up with the two choices in your hand.

Three ways to address this.
Coding: Go for python/java and similar programs with full stack web development – OK career growth, good for starting your own firm later
Non-coding: Go for IT Infrastructure management (Unix admin/Linux admin/Windows Admin/Application admin like helpdesk/salesforce – Good career growth, good for starting your own firm later
Testing: Little bit of coding with routine testing and automated testing using Loadrunner type softwares – Good for getting job easily but not much career growth
