Kindly suggest how to pay on
FUEL AND OTHER MERCHANTS by Scanning QR code to EARN CASHBACK.
Other Merchants like shops of Stationery, Mobile, Grocery, Electronics, Fashion, Food etc etc

Amazon and Samsung Pay
Amazon does not have any option to support tokenized payment as far as I know(op seems to be interested in using cards).
From your earlier posts it seems your fuel bill is going to be large which most credit cards won’t consider for reward points & I don’t think using tokenized payment via card using samsung pay will help in this regard either. Amazon scan & pay will give you chump change(Rs.2/3/4 etc) which is going to be negligible compared to your total fuel expenses in a month.
I saw few threads about GPay via Axis Ace card to earn 2% cashback, but dont have first hand experience.
No qr code scan option(supported qr codes for this are very limited) & axis ace card does not give reward points on fuel transactions anyway.
Not sure if Payzapp is giving cashback to everyone, but Scan & Pay option is convenient there
Payzapp scan & pay give cashback only for qr codes issued by hdfc bank.
Use lazy pay UPI (available after kyc) and pay at any merchant. Now use the credit card to pay back the lazypay bill to earn credit card points

Gpay supports axis, sbi, kotak cards. I used gpay with kotak card to scan and pay icici prudential via QR code. Apart from this I use Samsung pay as well.
Use Dhanipay with Supersaver membership u will get 150 extra as cashback after platinum membership fee

I pay 5 to 10 times to different Merchants by scanning Bhim QR code ?
Then what is best option ?
Moreover I can’t see cc/dc after scanning.

Below are Cashback limits on Dhani Super Saver Platinum cards:
Silver – Rs 125
Gold – Rs 250
Platinum – Rs 500

Yes, now cc option removed for paying LazyPay bill.
But I have already opted for Autopay through cc, still my bill gets auto paid through Credit Card on 3rd & 18th.
