Should be Less than 30L. Convection function not needed. But Popcorn 🍿 making function is needed (So I think Grill is needed?)? Budget is variable (can stretch upto 15K).
Any recommendations based on personal experience?

Budget is need based. Since I do not need convection, so i will get a cheaper microwave I believe (less than 15K)? This doesnt mean people should suggest near 14-15K only. If a good grill microwave can be obtained for 6-7K, I will be fine with that.
Yes popcorn is for me and family.
Earlier, family had a BPL with convection etc, lasted for 5 yrs. Insects can do a lot of harm to micro-ovens...seems to be the case with us. Also proper cleaning (do not leave food specks over) is needed for a longer life.
This BBD sale, was told to order IFB 23SC3 (convection too) and waited for ideal time to pick it up @ 8225 after all discounts and card rewards. Price remained for 1 day and increased for later period of sale.

Any other recommendation from Amazon, considering today is the last sale day?

I didn't recommend that, just shared experience. Nor was it my choice, I was ordered by someone from family to "order"... We just warm food from fridge using microwave, no cooking stuff. I was paid the order amount...
As steel is a good conductor of heat, the stainless steel cavity facilitates better heating process and protection against leakage of microwave waves. Whereas, a ceramic cavity has a non-sticky surface i.e. it's easy to clean and maintain, but the heating process is comparatively longer than stainless steel cavity.
@PlaYITsmooTH popcorn (ACT-II) pouches are specifically available to be made in pressure cookers too (tastes quite well, personal experience)...

Samsung microwave in Family for 18 years , still going strong
LG microwave going strong since 2005. I have had numerous Tandoori chicken parties, made great gajar ka halwa every winter, pizzas at home thanks to this microwave. Though have tried baking cakes numerous times but have never succeeded at a perfect cake and have given up.
