Best co-branded card from IRCTC is the HDFC IRCTC RuPay card, at least on paper.
I have had the SBI IRCTC Visa Platinum card for 8 years now and it has one huge weakness - it only rewards 5-10% on the primary cardholder's ticket fare and nothing for co-travellers.

that SBI IRCTC card is a good mass offered card in past but sadly its for masses so not much reward in it

IRCTC co-branded cards suck at rewards. Very low reward rate.
