Cool Water does have a strong fragrance. And if you get an original one, it does last for at least a full day. Heck, the fragrance lingers on my jackets for days once I wear it.
But the fragrance is a little too young/peppy for formal occasions. I prefer Boss No. 6 and Armani Code. As a few people mentioned, Acqua Di Gio is also strong, but I donāt like that fragrance anymore. These things change with age, I guess.
If you buy perfumes from any website in India, simply assume that you are going to get a fake. And the problem is you wonāt even be able to identify the fakes as most of the fakes do have the original fragrance. But the perfume is diluted and hence it doesnāt last as long. Whenever possible, buy from duty-free shops. Thatās the only way to be certain of authenticity.

I repeat, do not buy any perfumes from online websites. Most of perfurmes sold online are fake. Original Davidoff coolwater costs 4.5k while the likes of SD, FK, Amazon sells it for 1.3k. If itās too good to be true, then it probably is

If you are a frequent user of the perfume, you can spot the difference in smell from a fake bottle. I donāt know if there is any other way to ensure authenticity.

Exactly, thatās what I was worried about. I, myself couldnāt believe that the one I ordered was real but after the fragrance lasted for a whole day, I was pretty sure itās the same.

Invictus is damn good for daily use. Coolwater is nice, but too mainstream.
You can try something from Mont blanc or chanel. It is more of personal choice. Test various fragrance around the shop and decide.

These perfumes cost this much only because of high import tax. You can buy most of them at less than 50% from abroad. There are many who smuggles and sell online. But sometimes it may not worth the risk.
