Better consult a dermatologist. This is could be due to some deficiency too .

try himalaya

Glymax, Cetaphil etc are there. Dermatologists prescribe these things. Check with a dermatologist. 

Aveeno - doc prescribed it for my ass (but).

Body lotions that contain cocoa butter will help.Else try Neutrogena Hydro Boost / Cetaphil.Are you from Bengaluru ?

One or more factors can cause dry skin. It could be the towel, or soap, or bedsheet, or surroundings, or liquor, or what you eat and drink everyday. You can try Nirmal cold pressed virgin coconut oil after checking all the other things.

Try something with Shea butter and cocoa butter.

Try Dr Reddy's Venusia max intensive moisturizer personally used it's effective for dry skin specially for North India winter season

If none of those products worked so well, maybe you need prescription based products. Visit a Dermatologist.

Try Boroline Bo Body Lotion. Remember to apply after bathing/washing when skins is still moist and hasn't dried out. Moisturizing lotions that contain shea butter are also good
