Fully synyhetic if you are ok to buy or semi synthetic. Mobil, shell, Motul, Gulf all are good. Dont expect much from changing engine oil. Only fully synthetic will make you observe the difference in smoothness.

No point in spending too much. You can try motul 5100 semi synth10w-30.

Fully synthetic is going to eat engine packings and will cause leak in head. Please be cautious.

@tony-stark go with Shell AX7 10w40 for activa.

Where did you get this info? Any engine oil of the right grade is completely safe.

No bro. You need to go in simple line, as manufacturer uses mineral oil if you have to switch then first go to semi synthetic then after atleast couple of oil changes with semi synthetic you can go to fully synthetic if you really need. Directly from mineral to synthetic causes oil leak in head for general bikes which are of low CC.

And about from where i got info, i also like to be present on biking forums too..

@SARDARKHAN motul is also good . Many experienced bikers from various biking forums suggest it along with shell. But haven’t tried it so no personal experience, as i am happy with shell.

And if anyone want to go to Fully Synthetic then Mobil1 is having high praises. But considering difficulty finding genuine and its cost better be happy with semi synthetic while changing in regular interval.
