Suggestions needed for exercise device

I saw this Tummy Twister in a Gym Equipment shop, was thinking to buy it and use it. Don’t know if this is worth the little fun exercise.

I first saw this in my old gym, long time back, an elderly lady was using this, stepper and the gym ball. Find any gym trainer in your area, he would advise you the best.

Nice concept but it’s not available online, checked Flipkart and Amazon. But available on Amazon.com for delivery to India. Hope some fitness shops selling it here too

I think elliptical are not recommended for elderly people as it puts lots of strain on body.

Exercise Cycle or treadmill are better option than elliptical
