Please suggest a good smartwatch with good sensors and lowest possible price. If it has the sedentary alarm like the apple watch it would be best.

Since Huawei isn't a viable option next best is the Fitbit Charge 6 but there are quite a few frustrating software issues especially in case of iOS users reportedly. Longevity is apparently questionable. Next step up is the Pixel Watch 2 but it cannot be repaired at all and the naked display seems fragile. Gold standard are the Apple Watches from S7 onwards. SE 2 can also be considered if the lack of ECG and one or two other features is acceptable.
