Hi Dimers,

I needed suggestions regarding which ceiling fan to buy (preferably from a well known brand like Havells/Orient/Crompton/Bajaj etc)

I was looking for BLDC fans as read that they consume low power.

Here are my few requirements-

1. High Speed

2. Low Noise

3. Low Power Consumption

4. Available on Flipkart( as I have flipkart gv balance expiring soon)

Budget is upto 4000.

Kindly suggest.

Thanks

i would personally go with atomberg, crompton and Havells. Their after sales service is top notch. You can try looking from atomberg renesa and havells enticer both of these have pretty low noises there are also other choices as well but you gotta check them from your POV only.

I saw mixed reviews regarding atomberg, therefore little skeptical about them.

Non bldc has long life than bldc

But everywhere it is being claimed that bldc last longer as it has no brushes. I currently only have normal induction fans. Have no experience about bldc fans. Thats why little bit confused. If u have bldc fans then please share ur experience.

i went to purchase bldc, but everyone suggested me not to buy, as they are hard to repair, short life, high price..
at the end it's one's personal choice to buy or not..afterall it is your money.😊

After warranty, if any repair comes, Local technicians might not know how to repair, since BLDC is somewhat new thing, u may have to rely on company technicians only who might charge a hefty amount. If you're in a tier-1/tier-2 city no prblm I Guess

Using Atomberg fans since 3 years. No issues as of now and all working fine. It consumes less power and I can see a change in power bill too.

It makes some noise that's the only concern I come across.

I read many positive reviews in flipkart/amazon. But also many people are complaining about the noise it started to make after few days of purchase. Also read here in DD people complaining about noise. I also put renesa in my probable list but because of issues that people are facing off lately decided to not go for it.
Still thanks for mentioning your experience.😊
