I purchased sujata dynamix dx mixer grinder last year. And just in 1 year, it's plastic latches and parts have broken down. Such a poor build quality.
Same experience faced by you all?
What should I do as 1 year has just crossed. So no warranty i guess.

Using for 5+ years, only wear and tear. Working superb. Don't felt any such build quality issue.
