Are bhai if you cancel the order just after ordering there wont be any abuse. As you can alao buy direct GV using credit Card. So this is just a way of buying GV through credit Card. Also I have cancelled more than 50 orders since January

When you pay Amazon pay UPI, any other UPI, debit card... Refund option.. Amazon pay balance or original source account.
But when you paid Amazon pay ICICI bank credit card, refund only original source account.
When Amazon know your tricks.... Your account closed permanently because you violating Amazon policy.
