Just a suggestion, never cancel an order or a ride anytime in such scenarios, let them contact the customer support and ask them to cancel from their own side

Same situation for many times , delivery boy calls & tells cancel your order but I never cancelled any order from my side .
My reply – Cancel this order from your side I don’t want any problem for refund

Swiggy delivery persons has seriously became so noob and pathetic they do whatever they want to do. They try to become clever try to get order canceled.
I have already bycotted swiggy I use Uber eats most of the time but even their delivery persons are the same.
Uber Eats has a policy of 10 minutes waiting by delivery person by reaching at the location. He hasn’t even reached to the location was far away about 100 metre from me. He updated that he reached to location and was trying to eat up 10 minutes. When I called him he wasn’t even replying just hello hello. When his target completed my order got automatically canceled and he successfully ran away with my food Then food is of him and I have not yet received my refund. So, these delivery persons are just simply misusing the company policies and feed themselves daily with their tactics. I respect their work the hardwork involves but I’m fed up their unethical practice.
So I have dropped the idea to order food online just because of pathetic delivery boys they don’t even have knowledge about their work. They don’t know how to use this wonderful feature of GPS Google map navigations.
