Last month i had done one transaction on instamart which is of Rs 237 for that i had received 2 Rs. How is it 10%..?
Is My maths weak or is everyone getting the same cashback calculation on their instamart spent.
Tweeted about this to Swiggy no response.
Called hdfc customer care they said it will take 10 days to reflect but not able to justify this logic is there mention you will get 1% in the first phase and 9 % in the second phase or it's only a trick to get off with the customer by saying the customer to wait.
And they are not recognising instamrt saying its only for swiggy orders i told him see its written 10% across all on swiggy app
How they are so irresponsible, This is the very first month of this card since its launched and they are not able to provide what they committed as an user what action should we take should i close this card..?

Airtel Axis offers 10% on both Swiggy Food and Instamart orders.
