Swiggy HDFC credit card scam !!!

I observed a glitch on swiggyHDFC credit card. Cashback is not apllied on transactions which are marked as BUNDL TECHNOLOGIES. 10% cb is given only for transcations with 'swiggy' name on it.

Most of the food order transactions from swiggy app are marked as BUNDL TECHNOLOGIES and they didnt give 10% cashback for those which clearly is a SCAM !

Definitely something HDFC needs to fix if you ordered from Swiggy app itself and didn't get Cashback. This MCC/merchant nonsense is going too far.

Btw @chandrasekhar , Is Bundl merchant name visible on OTP message also?

Yes in otp sms also its bubdl technologies. Btw all the transactions in attached image are swiggy food transactions only not instamart.

Faced this with Axis Ace couple of years back. Complained and they credited the points. After that, no issues till date

Axis Airtel card also had this issue initially. Bt in my case, they themselves gave the bal cashback automatically after 3-4 mths

They corrected the cashback. Sent the remaining for last month and this month correct cashback was credited (though all swiggy transactions this month were tagged Swiggy not Bundl).
