Swiggy instamart scam

I have ordered for around 450 INR, using OneCard offer. They did not deliver 6 of the items ordered and I have raised a missing item request in app after contacting delivery guy. They say they can’t refund or even deliver the product. My mistake is to open the instamart bag without a video. Anyone know what can be done?

I have always got refund for any issues with instamart. Not even once denied, just take pictures at time of delivery. Haven’t taken any videos ever …

Yeah, I also got refund from instamart for products close to expiry dates and it was automated. I mean I had to even chat with agent. Did 5-6 times for food order for missing items. All were instant refunds. Probably depends on how frequently you are requesting for refunds. For me, it’s less than 10% of orders. So, never faced any issue.

Swiggy instamart is really sh***y when it comes to refund..they have sent me wrong product..neither they replaced the product nor they refunded….if ur ordering from swiggy be ready to accept it …

This is second ever problem I’ve raised with their CC. The first one being stale veggies, uploaded pics and they refunded. This is the second issue. I don’t think it’s got to do with the returns/refunds and orders ratio. Either the delivery guy stole one of the grocery bags or the store forgot to pack the items. I did not realise that the items were missing until I cut the zip tie and I called the delivery executive immediately who asked me to raise a complaint on app.

learnt it the hard way, loss of money and a real bitter experience. They need to be taken to courts, sadly all of us just leave it as it is because we think it’s not worth it. I would have definitely taken them to task if I had a video of opening the zip tied grocery bag.

repeatedly force the  cc on chat for connecting supervisor on chat.surely they willnot easily connect yoh.but insist repeatedly

They r doing deliberately.  Ordered  4 packs of milk and idli better. Got only idli better that was expired. I have all proof. Delivery boys call record.

did you take a video of the opening of the bag? Where are you located? Do you wish to take it up seriously in a consumer forum?
