I got the same message, does it mean all the balance in swiggy wallet is unusable?

Swiggy Money is gone, now only 1 year validity will be there, by the looks of it

After becoming profitable, they are in shock and searching for ideas how to again go back to losses 

But question is can we add money again using vouchers which were getting 10-15% discount?

Seems icici swiggy partnership is ending.

So no more speculation of icici swiggy card. Even Zomato card is closed.

What this supposed to mean? Will we be able to use our wallet after this or not? I'm not asking about the expiry date they started placing on our wallet. I'm asking if we still can use them?

Existing balance will move as gift card with 365 days validity and looks like they moved their tie-up from ICICI to RazorPay as per FAQ.

You will be able to add money through gift cards and after adding the validity will be 1 yr.

From now onwards you wouldn't be able to directly add money to swiggy wallet by paying through paytm/upi etc

This means ot is not necessary to do kyc for gift card

Swiggy has started on the path to destruction. Prices not worth it. This or that hidden charge. Ridiculous price for Swiggy One. It's not holding any value for me now.

You can use gift card, there is no issue on it. I just used gift card and it worked.

swiggy money is not showing anymore, had balance of 6700

Similarly zomato is also closing wallet by 31st August
