Syska smart LED issues

I have had Syska smart bulb over last 2 years , now all of a sudden it has stopped working & the app has been taken out from App Store & skills have also been disabled on Alexa App..please be aware of it & do not buy this product ..no proper customer support too..does anybody else having similar issues

Is it the wifi bulb? If so, you can use the smartlife app
