You can convert Amazon oay balance into your bank account. It is a rent payment website which allows to pay rent through Amazon gift cards. So you can put your own account in rent payment and pay via Amazon pay balance.
Charges: 2℅+GST. So, effectively 2.36℅ cost.
I have posted this for everyone benefits. So if anyone want to use,he can. We can't argue regarding whether it is beneficial or not? Every person have their own prospective.

The key is keep the Landlord name as different. If you use same name in bank account details then they can easily identity through a Vlookup. You have to give some family member account details.
