You can convert Amazon oay balance into your bank account. It is a rent payment website which allows to pay rent through Amazon gift cards. So you can put your own account in rent payment and pay via Amazon pay balance.
Charges: 2℅+GST. So, effectively 2.36℅ cost.

The key is keep the Landlord name as different. If you use same name in bank account details then they can easily identity through a Vlookup. You have to give some family member account details.

They ask for it before or after payment.
Also what if you fail I didn’t got the last line they deduct what and where they transfer.

Now they have increased the charges for wallet payment
as of now they are charging whopping 14.6% charge and extra 18% Gst on charge and for turbo settlement within 24 hours extra ₹10.
I think now the amazon pay option is not available at all and wallet charges have increased
Better to sell at 2.5 or 3% in trading section
