My main account with neu coins and HDFC neu card is restricted... Customer care told me i won't be able to earn or redeem coins any further... What shall I do? Anyone faced this issue??

They just said i violated the terms and conditions.... I raise 2 complaints regarding products i guess they blocked for that or i placed multiple orders via different accounts on same phone ... They didn't say me anything just i violated the terms and conditions
