Tata neu app doesn't show credit card option for bill payments above 1000

I tried to pay my lic and eb bills on tata neu it was not showing me to pay using credit card. But when the bill amount below 1000 it shows. So end of 5% from paying bills using Infinity credit card??

Last time i heard limit is 20k.
Where to see the statement generated for neu CC.? Dont have hdfc account.!
This limit is always user specific.
I have never had the option to pay any bill above 10k, using any credit card on TATA neu.
If you complain to them , those idiots will copy paste their message about fair usage, prevent misuse bla bla bla..
I have never paid a single bill on tata neu, so where does misuse or fair usage come in 😝
I tried paying 4540 rs Ebill and it is allowing to use tata infinity or any other card.
It looks like user specific i cannot pay not more than 3k for eb and for insurance it's max 1000 per day
For insurance payment through Tata neu I wil get 5% neu coins r 1.5%
This is shocking. What about insurance payments?
