Txns on Bigbasket on Tata Neu are reflected as "Paytm Ban" in message, mail and statements. Is this same for others? In this case whether HDFC will give the neu coins correctly?
HDFC RP calculation timeline and method is already complex and among this Neu coins calculation is next level headache. I will never get to make out if the got the right point.

good that I stopped using Neu Card on Neu app as I had the same issue as it was reporting as Paytm for both BB and 1mg (guess Paytm Delhi) and was in email conversations and even calls for 2-3 months and nothing happened (this was last year around jul-sep) and I moved to SBI Cashback card for 5% CB on CC and 5% neu coins via neupass and mainly peace of mind 😄
