Tata Neu croma mobile order getting failed

trying to use hdfc cc for mobile phone order from tataNeu app and whenever i enter hdfc card details after that it will directly show Order recevied , payment pending . Otp page gateway does not comes .
Anybody else facing this issue
Called customer care and they did not know what to do and raised a ticket only
