Strange to know that still in this degital age hdfc is asking to send post (not email) to change mobile number, address etc to their Chennai office. Please correct me if you know other ways. Without saving account only credit card.
Also they do not have mobile application for credit card only customers

These are the sensitive things thats why not easy. Moreover, in modern era we can get replacement of sim card when it is lost, so mobile number change requirement is too low nowadays

Its a web app, installs through my card login page website. It will ask you to add to home screen then web app will install

Submit in any dropbox of HDFC bank, they will manage to send it to Chennai credit card office, you don't neet to spent money to send as parcel.
