Tata neu Infinity card Application stuck

I had applied for tata infinity card ltf and done  VKYC but my application has been stuck on verification in stage process for over a week. I mailed tata neu card support and this is the reply i got.

We request you to provide the one pager application along with your Income documents and KYC details at the below mentioned mailing address or nearest branch to review further.

- One pager application.
- Attach a self-attested copy of your Identification proof.
- Attach a self-attested copy of your address proof.

Has anyone else had this happen?

Edit 1: I already have few cards like icici amazon pay, rupay coral and sbi click. My credit score used to be 769 but after I applied for this card it dropped to 760
