I just received my first month statement from Tata Neu Infinity CC. But, Reward points are not given for all UPI transactions even though they were merchant transactions. Also, no points are given for EMI transactions.
Kindly, share your experience.

Both HDFC A/C & statement are showing the same no of points. But, when I see the breakup of points, for some UPI transactions points are given & others points are not given. Also, no points of EMI transaction on Flipkart.

some rewards points are directly given in reward section instead of showing against transaction (Observed for Grocery transaction) ..scroll ur statement and check

Yes. Thanks. Rewards for UPI transactions from few merchants is shown under Grocery Category.

I have ordered on croma through HDFC neu plus credit card and opted for No Cost EMI on 25th April but statement which I have received has charged full amount instead of converting that transSHEK012action into EMI.
