Tata Neu plus to Infinity

I applied for the Infinity card, but they only approving the Neu Plus card. If I get this plus card, how easy/lengthy is it to get upgraded to the infinity card?
Is the neu card worth it? apart form the 2% extra coins, 1% upi, are there any offers that come on 1mg, bigbasket,etc?

any ways to spend on this to get infinity card faster? any app to get money in the ac or card back to show spends?
