I am not able to register on Tata upi. The app is not sending sms from second sim which is my registered mobile number. It throws error as bad request. The second sim is esim so can't switch also. Already tried various steps as under.
1) Uninstall, reinstall, clear data & cache
2) Allowed all the permission to the app.
3) switching off first sim completely. Second sim has enough balance to send sms.

Customer care is responding with copy paste reply to clear cache and reinstall.

remove first sim which is physical sim then your esim will become first and only sim and you should be able to complete registration.

I guess it’s a problem with your esim then.

Try sending a message manually from your esim and see whether it is delivered. Switch off Wi-Fi calling for esim.

Also check the setting for sms centre number for esim.

If everything fails, then swap your esim for a physical sim and after 24 hours of activation you should be able to send sms.

You can change jio to esim later if it succeeds. Btw which phone?
if using iPhone try disabling iMessage.

I can send sms from esim(airtel) and it is very much working. Wifi calling is off. All my upi are registered with it. Phone is Samsung s22 ultra. All other UPI apps successfully send sms from esim. Only Tata neu has this issue. I have contacted their support again. Let see.

In this case it is definitely some issue with Tata Neu card or NPCI servers.
