Hi dimers,
So today my BigBasket order got rescheduled to 2 days later. I ordered it on 4th Feb when we had Bonus NeuCoins offers (200 on 2500 Rs. order) but today it was not delivered and got cancelled and rescheduled with a new Order ID ending with (0206).
Has anyone faced this before? Will I get 5% NeuCoins only or bonus coins as well? I didn't pay anything and the order amount is still 2500+ Rs. (they refunded two items).
Contacted CC and they said you will receive, but want to check with you guys as well if someone was ever in same boat.

It's cancelled and reordered 
, but customer care assured that I will get? Should I do anything from my side to ask them for coins later?

I too am in the same boat, let's see what happens, the order was cancelled automatically and rescheduled. It will be delivered on 8th now.

Sad news, I didn't receive bonus NeuCoins. I have reached out to customer care via email now not sure if they will entertain

Update - I contacted CC via email about this and kept following up. They have credited 250 bonus coins for a rescheduled order now.
