Tata Technologies IPO - 15k Auto Debit meaning?

This is the second time I applied for an IPO. Last year, I applied for an IPO that wasn't allocated to me. Last week, I applied for Tata Technologies IPO through multiple means. In auto-debit mandates, all were canceled / rejected except one where I received a message that 15k was debited. Does that mean a lot is allocated to me in the IPO?
PS: The stock broker (Cholamandalam securities) is the worst broker I have seen. No confirmation even when applying for IPO. I am keeping it for some other personal reasons.

Thanks everyone for your inputs. I have officially received the alloted shares of Tata Technologies in my demat account a few minutes ago. Received an email regarding the same from CDSL.
Sold 5 shares at ₹1300. Might sell another 5 before the end of the day. A huge surprise for me to see the listing price at ₹1200.
Mere ko allotment bhi AA Gaya.. paisa bhi AA Gaya.. at start it was blocked 15k . Today rev then deducted but balance is same no deduction..
my amount was deducted and then refunded. I used it to pay cc bill. Then shares where also alloted. Sold them @ 1307. So total profit of 39200 without investing anything. How will they take back 15k now? This happened with many people. Even with one of my friend.
