Tentative Allotment Chances:
BHNI: 2 out of 21 will get 420 shares
SHNI: 2 out of 75 will get 420 shares
Retail: 2 out of 17 will get 30 shares
Shareholder (Big Rejections are expected) but as per current data:

Can anyone tell me that if on day 1 I see issue is over subscribed, does it make any sense to apply for more than one lot as I feel I would just be blocking money in that case.

Afaik once any IPO is oversubscribed, one pan is eligible for one allotment (if any). So yes, other amount will be simply blocked. Apply for other IPO, you have many option this week.

I would like to mention that don't compare this company with Tcs /Tata elxsi which are way ahead.
Tata Technology's management is corrupt n unethical even though part of Tata group.
But for listing gain you can apply but not for long run.
