Damn. If most were genuine then it means some were not. And they only need to catch one such transaction. Some banks also give one warning afaik before banning. If they have banned citing commercial transactions or any other breach of tncs then it’s done. Unless you haven’t breach any tnc then you can appeal and then later escalate till ombudsman. Btw what were you doing with this card that you have 15k neucoins ? 😯

In previous threads I read someone managed to get it unblocked by spamming them on Twitter. You can try that. 

There is some trick to use blocked coins, some whatsapp post it was some months ago, google may give some hints

Welcome to the sad club bro. I am one of them. Have 2190₹ coins blocked. They will never unblock. Mine were genuine purchases of 1 refridgerator, television and washing machine at a new home. However after raising issues on faulty washing machine from croma they blocked my neu coins.

Infact I forgave deals on other sites for 5% cashback in neucoins on my purchases.

I reached out even on the highest possible chain but still they don't resolve. Tired of making twitter complaints and mails.

This month not received 5% for bigbasket transactions any one faced same..?? They said it's technical error and will update by next statement

request all to not collect coins and use it as soon  as you get any offer .
