Have u done any bulk txn recently which can make them suspicious? If not directly contact customer care

Do u use both accounts from same device?

Do you use same address in both accounts?

I'm waiting to get my accounts blocked too. That's really harsh that you can't use same address in 2 different accounts. Tata ripped the benefit of living in joint family. 

Same address also not allowed,if different number used for other account?

I am having multiple neu cards(family) and hence multiple neu accounts as well. Also have used same credit card in more than one neu accounts for shopping purposes, never encountered any such issue.

All neu accounts have seperate mobile numbers.

Your case is strange and one of the possibility is that it has happened in error. Please speak to neu helpline and simply ask for the reason of block, you will come to know. Before knowing the reason for block, difficult to talk about the solution. One thing for sure is "same address" is not an issue.

I have registered a complaint in National Consumer Helpline.Will it work?

He has mentioned total 984 neu coins only which have been blocked, doesn't seem that he misused or abused the FUP (Fair usage policy). As I mentioned earlier too, please ask for a clarification to support once. And please update here as well. Good luck for the reversal.

I'm sorry, I don't understand. What do you mean by 'order pattern or usage'?

Instead of blocking they should restrict coins earning  per month. Let's say 500 or 1000 coins per month per account. 

10000 coins limit per year. 

This unlimited earning option actually creates headache for them. So i feel they should put some restriction on coins earning. 

After this post  , i look into my account. All 3 account gets blocked Around 1k neucoins. Is there any way to unblock it ?
