I applied for tataneu hdfc rupay card. got the virtual card today. physical card is yet to be received.
Is it possible to set up txn PIN without physical card? could not find any option in tataneu app.
do not have any other existing relation with hdfc. hdfc portal for credit card (without savings acct) needs user id & passwd to login. tried retrieving userid but got response that it cannot be located and I should contact branch.
got an sms to call 1860 266 0333 from RMN. but when I called, after entering the credit card no followed by # it says "sorry you exceeded the maximum number of tries"

How did you get complete card number, cvv etc. I am able to see only last 4 digit of my card in TATA neu app. By luck my last 4 digit of card are same as last 4 digit of my mobile number
