Perhaps an error in Tataneu's tracking system has caused Tataneu to fail to track some of the products you have purchased. As a result, you may get a lower percentage of coins than you should.

A suggestion.
Follow this instruction whether using Tataneu app or website... After redirecting from Tataneu to BigBasket & after adding any product to cart I suggest you click back button to reach back to Tataneu grocery section for continuing your shopping.

for example, you have to buy a baby care product & a beverage product. go to grocery section of tataneu and click on baby care option. it will redirects you to BB's baby care section. now add the baby care product to the cart. now don't try to reach beverage product by browsing bigbasket, ie, browsing categories, searching via search bar etc. just go back to tataneu grocery section by clicking back button and click on "beverages" option. it will redirects you to beverages section. then you can add the beverage product to the cart and complete the payment.

By following this method we can improve the chances that Tataneu can track every product we buy.

If even after you follow this method you still don't get the correct amount of coins, we can assume that it is due to any T&C of Tataneu.

I have also faced this issue, from next time onwards I do back and forth from the main page of the tata neu app to BigBasket pages.. Also if it is a larger amount involved... I do screen recordings to have proof for the future... 

Never able to use coins on tataneu bigbasket. It asks for few bucks via other mode, I usually prefer UPi and txn fails immediately. Tried multiple times, same fate. Suddenly they converted the order into COD and I checked the SMS late and he arrived early morning due to priority slot and asked for bill. Again tried online payment during delivery using coins but still failed

Yes they have issue with decimals

When order fails, try retry payment that might work

Had ordered on big basket using COD when the delivery person arrived he said some technical issue with cod and asked me to pay online

For using coins, but only items that are priced in whole rupee and not in decimal. Also keep your order size less than coin balance so that full payment can be made using coins.

After placing order, check directly in BB app/site. Check the order no. If it starts with T you will get 5%. If it starts with B/M/W etc you will not get it. In that case, cancel that order.

In my case all Neu orders start with TKOO

May be T- for Neu, K/A etc for city and so on. Post updated. 

Yesterday at the time of delivery i started to get bigbasket call attack. If you pick, next call in waiting but no sound. And after getting 38 calls they canceled order. For 200 purchase they give 1 neu coin thats my case too.

Thank you, will check this from next time, The last two transactions have B&W, remaining transactions have T and I got 5% cb for them.

The same issue happened. I made another, this time with video proof! 
They are saying check legal terms and that I'm not eligible for cashback at the moment. Absolute crap, no point wasting time on this. Flipkart and Amazon and sometimes Blinkit/Swiggy provides better deals here in Kolkata for me anyway, so I uninstalled this app.

why waste time by order on Tata neu, just buy directly from bb using any of the payment offers.

Placed an order yesterday and got free delivery, but now asking Rs 30 for delivery.

Added products via tataneu and selected tatapay as the payment method but when payment gateway of credit card opened, I closed the app. Waited for the payment to decline and later paid via BB wallet once given option to retry the payment. Order starts with TN. Yet to recieve any cashback in Tataneu. I hope I'll be getting 5% cashback

BB Wallet payment option is available in Tataneu itself
