I purchased some gold jewelry last year for which I got 4000 neucoins. I forgot about these and today I saw that they expired in May 2023. 
Is there something I can do to revive my expired neucoins?

No never. Mine also expired last year and mailed cc but they didn't help.
That's the only reason I closed my LTF Neucard...you never know when these gonna expire

I had 3500 neo coins balance earned by shopping on BigBasket and 1MG during their various campains.
