currently airtel is my primary sim and vi is secondary sim. I need vi sim occasionally to receive SMSs / calls. But minimum recharge in vi is high to get those. I want to switch provider.
Can any one suggest whats best? Is BSNL provide minimum pack that offers smses/incoming calls with minimum amount say 40 or 50rs...

Just switch to Jio. IC never stops. Recharge with Rs 119 every 84 days or so.

No need to recharge.... To keep it active.... My second sim is not recharged for more than a year and it's still active!

245 or other PV give long incoming and (subject to main balance) outgoing validity.
