Amazon.in was launched in June 2013, but it is already giving very good competition to Flipkart. They have expanded their product range very fast.
The orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of placing. So far I’ve ordered books and DVDs. I’ve never been disappointed with the delivery or the products.
Amazon.in is a marketplace where different sellers sell their products through Amazon.
Returns are picked up usually within 48 hours of request.
Customer support available on email, chat and phone.

Amazon will be launching many other product categories in the near future. And once online retail is opened to foreigners, it is going to be a game changer.
