Although there are laws that can legally put a person into trouble, but i think they shouldn’t be there. We are not living in dictatorship.

Normal people living in villages don’t know about these laws. Jail is too severe a punishment. They should get warning and they should be made aware when they do the mistake for first time.

bro who said jail ??
he was a under 18 child , he was sent to 14 days normal custody not jail .. even a rapist of nirbhaya was not sent to jail bcoz of his age , then how this boy can be sent to jail ..

.

and regarding laws – you must not forget a simple rule of law — law do not give benefit of doubt to a person on basis of lack of knowledge on any law ..
if you break any law even by mistake then you will be punishable as per law , you will not be given any warning … always remember this .. also it depend on complainant , complainant was a bjp worker so don’t expect any pity from him ..
.
in this case this little boy got trapped , and the person who spreading hate into these people is still safe .. they should catch that main person ..

by putting this title – ‘some photo of PM modi , is it such a big crime’ newspaper judging that photos were not objectionable .
.
now i will want to see those photos ,, bcoz i dont think anyone will be jailed for normal troll photos of a PM ..
.
and if those were objectionable then it is happening from 2008 people get jailed for that … also last year it was clear that spreading any rumor or hatred message or something objectionable can result in case against that person and whatsapp admin also will be responsible for that , subject to one condition – if anyone report that ..
